About Us

The Robert Moore Memorial Healthcare Center is a privately funded initiative that was established in 2012 in response to addressing the severe health care problems in Liberia. RMMHC is a healthcare facility in the suburb of Monrovia, Liberia, West Africa and renders acute and restorative services while emphasizing preventative medicine and the overall health and wellness of patients and communities. The RMMHC is located in an area that is a fast-growing community that lacks a medical facility that provides comprehensive medical care. Access to medical centers remains a challenge, RMMHC provides a comprehensive, patient and family oriented healthcare services while prioritizing safety and compassion.

Mission

Our Mission is simple: we hope to promote the health and well-being of the local population by providing accessible and affordable high quality medical care to people of all ages especially the poor and disadvantaged.

We provide:

- - - General Medicine
    - Maternal Child Health
    - Diagnostic Laboratory
    - On site Pharmacy
    - Nursing Assistant Training Program

Hours of Operation:

Opens 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Our School

In 2020 we launched a Nurse's Aide Training Program which aims to provide career opportunity for young people, especially young women and girls who are more vulnerable to abuse in the absence of sustainable income. Our experience has been good so far. While there is interest among young people to join the program, some lack the funds to pay for their fees and even transportation.

Registration is on a rolling basis. New classes are enrolled every three months.
